Telescopic closing element:<\/strong> Each wall is equipped with a telescopic closing element. This is the last element when closing the wall and the first element when you open the wall.<\/p>\r\n

HUB:<\/strong> The telescopic closing element perfectly closes the wall both horizontally and vertically. The horizontal push bars can extend 45 mm<\/strong>, the vertical HUB has a extend range of 130 mm<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\n \n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n\n

Horizontal sealing:<\/strong> The specially developed profiles to parts M \/ V in the pressure seals ensure a perfect coupling of the panels. In combination with the vertical aluminum tube profiles, they ensure optimum acoustic performance.<\/p>\r\n

Height differences:<\/strong> The pressure bars can extend up to 45 mm<\/strong> and are provided with elastic rubber seals to compensate for any unevenness in the floor<\/p><\/div>\n \n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n\n

Element coupling:<\/strong> The close and centered connection between the elements is obtained with strong magnetic tapes. The profiles are also provided with inner sealing rubbers.<\/p>\r\n

Outer plates:<\/strong> The outer boards are made of high-quality 16 mm chipboard V20E1 \/ 720.<\/p>\r\n

The frame has rubber profiles on the inner sides around which the outer boards are pressed, fully self-supporting. As a result, there is no direct contact between frame and outer boards guaranteeing optimum acoustic performance.<\/p><\/div>\n \n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n\n

Suspension construction with sound barrier<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Where in the market it is customary to work with simple threaded rods, Multiwal developed a solid bracket construction manufactured using a boxed steel profile 50 x 40 mm. The bracket construction can be adjusted to any desired size so that a perfect horizontal rail construction is created.<\/p>\r\n
